Legality:

  • This is so immoral – words fail me. How could anyone with principles and morals do this to other humans, the rightful owners of the land?! Disgusting.

  • I was disappointed to hear that it is profiting off of the rubble of demolished Palestinian homes. Please stop listing properties in Israel’s occupied West Bank.

Have been using airbnb for 2.5 years and this is the first listing that I am giving a 0/5. It violates international law and basic human rights! I would never rent a home built on land that was illegally stolen from Palestinians

  • The appalling treatment of Palestinians since 1948 has been well documented. Israelis ushered Palestinians out of their homes or simply destroyed. {treated similarly to European Jews in 1940′s]. Yet Israel does the same thing!
Being a lover of Airbnb I would not have a need to leave a review on an Airbnb site in occupied territory as I simply could not in good conscience book one of those listings.
Shame on Airbnb–it’s always the bottom line that takes priority in business, unless there is some semblance of what is ethical. Need I say more!

  • How can anyone justify taking/stealing properties from another person. How can Israel justify letting and supporting this happening – no peace can ever come from such blatent injusices agains the Palestinians!

  • This is in violation of international law! No thank you!

  • It may be legal but it is neither right nor moral…it makes you wonder how one could sleep and not be disturbed by the human cost.

  • As an Airbnb host I am beyond disappointed that you would violate the Palestinian people in this way. Everything that I understood you to be is false if you continue to sell away human rights.

  • No thanks. Dont wish to give to thieves.

  • This listing violates international law and basic human rights! I would never rent a home built on land that was illegally stolen from Palestinians.

  • I will boycott Air B&B everywhere not just in occupied Palestine. AB&B has got to feel the pain!

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
