Legality:

  • The price is right, but I can’t sleep at night due to the spirit voices of the Palestinians who once occupied this piece of land. The injustices they suffered and continue to suffer make the Airbnbs in the West Bank uninhabitable.

  • Supporting illegal settlements is supporting the unrest and fights. I know it’s always easy money to be made out of trouble, but that means I will not book any stay with AirBnB anywhere.

  • Was planning an extended stay in Europe and UK in 2016 and primarily staying in AirBnb accommodation. But now knowing that AirBnb is supporting Israelies profiting from stolen land and the ongoing misery that they are inflicting on the Palestians then I’ll look elsewhere. Won’t consider using AirBnb until they stop this and also actively change their ways to support the UN views.

  • I had a good experience with airbnb when my friends reserved in Hawaii and I was lucky enough to join them. But this listing has destroyed my faith in your judgment and values.

  • I pray there is no profit from it

  • I think it is despicable that your company is profiting from the illegality and suffering of the Palestinians whose homes were stolen and destroyed. Please do the right thing and stop listing these homes.

  • Oh yeah. the logo on the wall caps what is obviously palatial digs in a room with a view!

  • Shame airbnb ! Profiting off the back of the displaced and homeless >>> there are those that WILL f ‘up your business and those that advert locally with you, any chance they get here in the Waterloo Region, Ontario Canada — we were considering listing with your company … NOT

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
