Legality:

  • Totally wrong. DO NOT rent out homes on stolen land. I consider it a criminal offence as well as a morally outrageous one.

  • Doing business in illegal settlements is in violation of United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. It requires respect for Human Rights. Israel violates international law building illegal colonial settlements in its military and brutal occupation of Palestinian territory in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

  • i will ban your services in my tenants leases.

  • You’re violating international law.
I’m a user of your services as a guest and my 3 family home in Park Slope. Brooklyn has hosted guests through AirBnB. If your policy does not change, I will write into the leases of my 3 tenants who have been hosts for your company that no tenant shall ever host guests through AirBnB and that if they do, it will be grounds for eviction.

  • Terrible and inhumane.

  • This is outrageous. How callous and inhumane can one get?

  • Airbnb is not bringing people together by violating international law and facilitating a perpetuation of the illegal Occupation.

Airbnb is making money off of the dispossession and enslavement of a people.

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
