Legality:

  • Another fine example of profit over principals. I guess the company would think it must OK then if I use their website to find accomodation, then contact the proprietors directly without paying any commission to Airbnb. Obviously not in stolen Palestine of course.

  • Airbnb are complicit in theft. I shall not be doing business with these thieves again.

  • I am ashamed to be a member and will withdraw from AirBNB if you do not pull out…You are a disgusting organization if you keep this up..

    Joe

  • This is absolutely disgusting, how can you even think about to rent out a house which is a illegal settlement?!

  • Land, water, houses: this is what illegal settlers have stolen to Palestinian people living in their own country.
What would you think if soldiers would occupy your house, kick you out from it, arrest if you protest and then call bulldozers to destroy it? This is what happen everyday in Palestina.

  • Highly functional business logic doesn’t mean it’s right. AirBnB people – CEO, managers, everyone – you should feel ashamed, for it is blatantly wrong what you are doing. Ever heard of social responsibility?

  • Listing in the West Bank by illegal settlers (in territory that needs to be negotiated) is not only wrong and outrageous but morally bankrupt. Just stop it!

  • This is wrong and I ask you to reconsider your policy.

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
