  • Wow, it must take a special kind of effort to build such a home, mortgaged by the displacement, misery and murder of an entire peoples. It must make it easier to overlook your own greed and dispassion when ensconced within its walls, even as the veritable howl of global opposition and disgust threatens to shatter the peace. 10 out of 10 for tenacity, though you’re scoring very low on the humanity rating . Unfortunately I won’t be coming back as I have a medical condition that didn’t allow me to sleep a wink….its called “having a conscience.”

  • Apartheid isn’t just racism, it’s brutality, it’s theft, and it’s tyranny.

  • What a lovely place. Shame it was built by ejecting a family from their home. Who is going to stop this mutual destruction?

  • Having used Airbnb for years now, I am bitterly disappointed that they are profiting from the misery of others. Shame on you.

  • I use air Bnb and I benefit from it as a host. So what can be done about this abuse of Palestinians? Am I supposed to just move on and boycott this company. Surely a company that is this loaded can behave better than this? Come on AirBnb …. Show some sense, some humanity and sort this out now!

  • A an Australian I live on land stolen from Aboriginal people 200 years ago. If we had our time over again I would hope we would do things differently. I don’t want to stay in rental accommodation that is on land stolen in the past decades from Palestinian people who were forced off their land, and are still being forced out of their houses in East Jeruselem. We can’t keep stealing land. I can’t stay in a house stolen by Israelis for an illegal settlement on Palestinian land. I wouldn’t be able to sleep.

  • 0/5: What could possibly have possessed Airbnb to think that anyone would want to stay in a home, never mind pay to rent one, that was built on land illegally stolen from Palestinians, after their homes had been demolished.
That Airbnb is profiting from listing properties in the Israeli-occupied West Bank purely demonstrates that they don’t care about violation of international law and basic human rights.

  • How can you sleep at night in airbnb places built on occupation and displacement of another community? It’s simply immoral. It contaminates my decisions to keep using airbnb.

  • This is disgusting since this has been the longest illegal occupation to date and should not be supported. I for one will no longer use Abnb and will bring awareness to others to also boycott their services.

  • Sooooo disgusting – Never want to stay here. Too disgusting to be true but the awful reality is that it is true.

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
