  • As a regular traveller on Airbnb, I am appalled that homes built on illegal settlements are advertised here. Please remove them immediately and respect international law.

  • I think it’s disgusting. Would not recommend visiting!

  • I would never rent a home that was built on a land stolen to Palestinians!

  • I am deeply concerned!
Please, can AirBnb explain why they dont respect international law ?

  • I find it utterly sickening that an organisation that is supposedly offering an “alternative” to the current exploitative capitalist model, can even consider offering homes stolen from displaced Palestinians by the Israeli state. It is comparable to slavery, in making money from human misery.

  • No one should profit from ill gotten gains. The land is stolen. Give it back. And until it is returned no one should profit from this encampment.

  • “I am retired and have been using airbnb both as a host renting my own house in Melbourne and to as a customer when on holiday. Until I have been very satisfied with airbnb but am so horrified to hear that it is profiting off of the rubble of demolished Palestinian homes that I have unlisted my home in Melbourne and will no longer consider using them. I feel it would be immoral to deal with such a company when I am horrified by what Israel is doing in the West Bank. The fact that I am Jewish makes me even more horrified by the actions against the Palestinians by Israel and ashamed of my religion. I could not continue to deal with airbnb under such situations. Please stop listing properties in Israel’s occupied West Bank.”

  • It is such a shame that we do this other human beings. You should be so ashamed of yourselves. Hell is here on earth forget afterlife. Judy

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
