Legality:

  • Making money from hurt and murder.

  • Palestine belongs to the Palestinians, not to illegal settlers who violate international law and human rights. There should be no listings on Airbnb of accommodations that have been illegally aquired – please remove them immediately!

  • This is in violation of international law and is extremely disgusting.

  • If you want to live on illegally occupied land which breaches international law, then go. Your settlers neighbours are hostile, beware of dogs being unleashed on you, take care not to get run over by settlers. A cautionary tale, caveat emptor.

  • If this is an illegal settlement on Palestinian land then airb&b you are completely totally / immorally wrong promoting this property. Quite the telling business mission statement…profit above people !

  • I have visited Palestine’s West Bank and seen the settlements that overshadow local Palestinian villages and re-route their water. I have seen the way Palestinian people – Christian, Muslim and others – are treated and the daily degradation of the checkpoints. The settlements are an abomination in an Occupied land. Clean up your act AirBnb.

  • The UN has long condemned the occupation of Palestinian lands but Israel seems impervious to international pressure and basic morality. Great place for a holiday, AirBnb!!!

  • This is so sad and unfair. How can the Israeli government justify this constant encroachment? How can they, in decent conscience, put families out of their homes? It’s egregious and beyond justification. Why is the world standing back and watching this without lifting a finger? Outrageous!

  • The swimming pool is fantastic. I was surprised because before my visit I had read that there were water shortages in the area.

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
