I am considering an extended period of leave from work and travelling around the world. Airbnb was going to be my accommodation of choice. I will not use this as I would not dream of using a company that has accommodation in areas that have been taken by force from Palestinian people
Worse example of capitalism benefitting from the homeless and nationless people
An impression of gloom permeates the aura of the building with the ghosts of past inhabitants pining for a stolen home…the cries of the disenfranchised sing out from the fabric of the walls…the house will never be at peace.
I’ve stayed in some brilliant well placed homes in the past through AirBnB but I’m re-thinking it’s validity after seeing this very ‘bad taste’ accommodation. Please think again as you don’t want to gain the reputation for backing illegal homes stolen from rightful home owners!
This is absolutely disgusting and so wrong, How can anyone want to stay in such a place and not feel guilty?! Airbnb should be punished and forbidden to do business here.
The mark of a man or woman in this world is in giving. Taking away from others does not require a man or woman, but it will generate for those “takers” a very painful class for their next manifestation. Wake up and give, it will heal you!
Don’t stay here! This would have to be one of the World’s worst accommodation facilities. Rubble, immediate threats of explosive violence, no food nor water: you’d be paying a fortune to stay in Hell.
I shall not be staying here and will inform my friends that Air BnB promotes properties on stolen land. A shameful situation. The world is watching – do the right thing and state publically that you were wrong and will no longer endorse illegal settlements on Palestinian land.
Disappointed that Airbnb continue to make a profit from illegal housing settlements in occupied territory. Had a terrible stay, couldn’t stop thinking about the rightful owners who’s land I was now staying on.
