  • I have been using AirBnB for a couple of years, but when I heard it was enabling illegal settlers to profit from stolen Palestinian homes I felt really bad that such a great idea and service is been using for such a shameful end! I won’t be using it anymore for as long as this situation is not solved.

  • What a SAD, SAD way to reap profits, on the broken lives and backs of Palestinians who have been savagely and brutally dispossessed of their homes and land. AIRBNB- Do the RIGHT thing with this situation ! You are already making billions, is is really necessary to squeeze out more profit by participating in a terrible injustice ? This will be a public relations disaster for you.

  • Israel invaded these lands, and is now building homes and making walls to keep Palestinians out. That’s theft. Living in and renting out properties on stolen land is immoral. Sort out your territorial disputes fairly and finally before you start building on land and profiting from it at others’ expense.

  • I too was going to use airB&B for an upcoming holiday, but having seen this, would rather find accommodation another way. I’ll be telling all my friends (many of whom also use your services). It is utterly disgusting. Even if morals mean nothing to you as a company, what about International law? This isn’t even a grey area. A quick change of policy is in order. A u turn isn’t wrong if you realise that you’ve made a mistake and act to rectify it.

  • this is an outstanding example of a morality-free means to get cheap holiday accommodation from home owners who have been evicted from their houses for no reasons except their ethnicity.

  • I’m disgusted that it’s option for people around the world to rent a home built on land stolen from The Palestinian people on which Illegdl settlements have been built for, extreme, violent Jewish settlers. It’s appalling that as Palestinian homes are unjustly demolished on a daily basis, and their land stolen everyday, anyone but a Palestinian can rent out a home in an illegal settlement! Shame on you airbnb, I will never use your service if this is how you continue to operate!

  • This does not help the relationship between our countries. You are not victims anymore. Start acting responsible. When someone is killed then you will create a who is to blame game and call in the military. This is not a game.

  • I was disappointed to hear that AirBNB is profiting off of the rubble of demolished Palestinian homes. Please stop listing properties in Israel’s occupied West Bank.
Your listing violates international law and basic human rights! I would never rent a home built on land that was illegally stolen from Palestinians.

  • About the host, Airbnb

Last year alone Airbnb made almost $1 billion in revenue, and Airbnb is worth a whopping $24 billion. Yet, Airbnb continues to make a profit from homes located in illegal housing settlements in occupied territory.
